Abortion Pill Reversal
Reliance Center offers abortion pill reversal services. Sonograms
If the test is positive, we can provide pregnancy verification through an obstectric ultrasound. An ultrasound is the only way to 100% confirm a pregnancy, verify viability, and confirm how far along you are.

We provide free full-panel STD testing and treatment for women and men. No insurance is needed. At your appointment, you can share your sexual history, talk to a nurse about your treatment plan, if necessary, and learn more about how to protect yourself and your partners. Support groups for women
Embrace Grace
The Embrace Grace program is offered to teen or young women who find themselves facing an unplanned pregnancy. This twelve-week program helps the pregnant woman become more emotionally ready for motherhood. Additionally, the woman will be partnered with a mentor to help them through their pregnancy and beyond. At the completion of the program, the woman will receive a baby shower where she will receive items for her baby.
Embrace Life for single moms
Embrace Life curriculum and program equips single new moms and gives community. We want you to not only survive in life but flourish and THRIVE! Counseling services
Pregnancy and infant loss counseling
Pregnancy loss is more common than you may think. According to the Mayo Clinic, 10 to 20 percent of known pregnancies end in miscarriage, and typically, those pregnancies end in the first twelve weeks of pregnancy.
If you are feeling alone or hopeless after a miscarriage, we are here for you. You are not alone! Reliance Center offers one-on-one or group counseling in a safe and comfortable setting. We are available to talk to you about how you feel and help begin the healing process. After abortion support
Abortion is never an easy decision, which is why many women experience regret, depression, and other complicated emotions after having an abortion. Whether you feel these things right away, or years down the road, your feelings are still valid. We offer after abortion support through one-on-one or group counseling sessions with a licensed grief counselor.
