Reliance Center provides free medical services for women and men facing an unplanned pregnancy or in need of sexual health services. If you need a supportive place to make a decision and learn about your pregnancy options - start with us. We also provide information on emergency contraceptives, medical abortions, abortion procedures, abortion pill reversal, and at-home abortion pill laws in Idaho or Washington.
Our free medical clinic services include lab-quality pregnancy tests, options consultations, ultrasounds, full-panel STD testing and treatment, pre-abortion evaluations, abortion recovery, and medical referrals.
Reliance Center is located in Lewiston, ID. With our mobile medical unit, we serve the Pacific Northwest region including Nez Perce, Latah, Whitman, Garfield, and Asotin County.

The Reliance Education Center in Lewiston, Idaho provides free services and support for women, men and families including but not limited to: parenting education, prenatal education, childbirth and parenting classes, after abortion support, reproductive loss counseling, single mom support groups, fatherhood classes, sexual addiction support groups, job training, healthy relationship coaching, and more.

How do I know if I have an STD or STI?
Some of the most common symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases are itching, burning, changes in urination, and rashes. Protect yourself and your future. Get tested.
If I'm in my first trimester, is a medical abortion an option?
The abortion pill can be taken up to 10-11 weeks after a woman's last known menstrual period. It is not an option with certain medical conditions or an ectopic pregnancy.
What classes do you offer at Reliance Education Center?
We provide comprehensive support, education, and classes on healthy relationships, sexual health, parenting, pregnancy, reproductive loss, job skills training, and more.
